There are several things that should be experienced in every childhood…

…painting a fence…

…pitching a tent…

…building a tree house…

…and, of course, riding in a vehicle that could break down at any moment.  Think about it, when we were kids, our parents drove cars that usually made it where they were headed, but not always.  It’s an important part of growing up.

So is having a nickname.

What I can offer you is a chance to kill two birds with one proverbial stone – the chance to drive a vehicle that will probably get you where you are headed most of the time and the chance to inherit the nickname the owner of this vehicle proudly answers to.

That’s right, folks.  What I’m offering is the chance to enrich your child’s life by letting them experience the phenomenon that is running out of gas, leaking oil, or billowing smoke for no apparent reason.  It is truly character building to sit on in a four-lane highway with traffic flying by.  Trust me.

And the nickname!  Who wouldn’t want to have an endearing nickname?  A name for all of your buddies to call you?  Papa Smurf.  That’s what it will be.  And kids love Smurfs.

So, what are you waiting for!?  Be the first to make an offer on Old Blue, especially if you happen to be a Tarheels fan – what better way to show your loyalty than to drive a truck painted Carolina Blue?  Make me an offer I can’t refuse.

Do it for yourself.  Do it for your kids.
